The In-House collection staffs are accounted to collect the amount due based on the guidelines and empowerment imposed by clients. They are tasked to negotiate realistic payment arrangements or lump sum settlements subject to the clients? approval. They are responsible in explaining, educating and motivating the features and benefits of settlement guided by the client?s policies accurately, if any. The In-House staffs are responsible in securing all confidential information and documents endorsed for collections. They are the representative of VISION CREDIT AND COLLECTIONS SERVICES as a service provider so they must indemnify the reputation of the company and its clients.
